We don’t republish the review text itself; instead we link out to the business’s Google listing so you can read the original reviews yourself and form your own view.

How rankings are earned

Rankings come from a published rubric applied consistently to the data we collect, covering things like review sentiment, consistency of service, and responsiveness signals. Because rankings are earned rather than assigned, a business appearing high on this list has performed well against the same criteria as everyone below it. Contractors are welcome to flag factual errors, such as a wrong phone number, an outdated address, or a service that’s no longer offered, and we’ll correct those details. What no listed business can do is edit its own score, sentiment summary, or ranking position. That separation is what keeps the list usable as a comparison tool rather than a marketing page.

Sponsorship, when it appears
