Correct, dispute, or remove your listing

Fixing factual details

Your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services list can all be corrected. To update any of these fields, provide the correct information and send something that backs it up: your website, your Google Business Profile, or another verifiable source. Once a correction is confirmed, it stays in place through future data refreshes and won't be overwritten by routine updates.

Challenging a score or summary

Scores are never hand-edited by us. If you believe your score or review summary is wrong, you are disputing the input data itself, not asking for a higher number. This means the business profile may be matched to the wrong company, reviews may be attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary may misstate what reviewers actually wrote. When you file a dispute, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing.

Requesting removal

We remove listings for three reasons: the business is permanently closed, the listing is a duplicate, or the business falls outside this directory's scope as a paving contractor. Our monthly verification cycle also catches and removes closed businesses automatically. If your listing is accurate and in scope, a removal request will be declined, and we will explain why plainly.
